Swagger Like Us?

Although this is an innovative way to communicate a new line The Hundreds have kind of naffed-up their, what appear to be, pretty nice clothes. I don't know what it is about about the West Coast portrayal of fashion, but I'm just not feelin' it, they seem to really make everything look like traditional stereotypes of themselves all G'd up and that! As far as the actual song goes, I quite like the smooth groove it's got going on. Take a look......

VIMBY - Everybody Knows Us Music Video from VIMBY on Vimeo.

Disagree?.....

The music video “Everyone Knows Us” features up-and-coming LA hip hop artists Dom Kennedy, Pac Div, Carter, and Gomez Warren IV.

"The Hundreds apparel is inspired by LOS ANGELES LIFESTYLE / CALIFORNIA CULTURE and Southern California’s skateboarding, surf, punk, and hip-hop cultures. The design is also reminiscent of 1980s surf-culture t-shirts, independent skateboard company apparel of the 1990s, and the advent of “streetwear” at the end of the millennium. The line is comprised of graphic t-shirts, denim, wovens, fleece, outerwear, headwear, and accessories. In late 2008, The Hundreds also launched a shoe program monikored The Hundreds Footware. The Hundreds also has a stable of sub-labels including Tens (women’s program), The Hundreds Public Label, and The Hundreds Rosewood Collection (inhouse label)."

Seems to me like These boys really are doing a hundred things, maybe they should concentrate on doing one well?
